Irrigation System

A fully automated Tower Farm is equipped with an irrigation system that automatically provides water and nutrients to each tower individually, based on the plants’ needs. Once the installation is in place, you will only need to perform a few regular checks.

The price of an irrigation system varies depending on the number of towers in a Tower Farm.

A complete Tower Farm irrigation system includes the following components:

  • Nutrient reservoir A
  • Nutrient reservoir B
  • Water reservoir (size varies depending on the number of towers)
  • Automatic dosing system (Dosatron)
  • Collectors (size varies based on the Tower Farm configuration)
  • Float valves for each tower
  • Valves for each tower
  • Rigid and flexible pipes for water and nutrient delivery (pipe length and diameter depend on the size and configuration of the Tower Farm)

The average prices are as follows (for exact prices, please send us a quote request):

  • $1,750 for 10 towers
  • $2,500 for 50 towers
  • $4,000 for 100 to 150 towers

Nutrients

The fertilizer set costs $385. On average, it will be sufficient for 6 months to feed 30 towers (approximately $1 to $2 per tower per month, varying depending on crops and climatic conditions).

Transport

Transportation costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We can assist you with this process. Prices vary depending on quantity and volume. Proportionally, it is more cost-effective for the customer to have 50 towers delivered rather than 15.

Delivery times vary significantly, and we advise our customers to anticipate their orders 6 months in advance to ensure they don’t miss the season, depending on the geographic location. The quantity of towers per container depends on the size and number of towers ordered:

Can I purchase fewer than 10 towers to test?

Tower Farms aeroponic towers (up to 52 plants per tower) are not available for purchase in quantities less than 10 towers with an automated irrigation system.

However, to test our aeroponic technology without having to purchase 10 towers, we recommend buying a Tower Garden® (20 plants), a tower designed for individual use. The technology is the same and allows you to become familiar with this cultivation technique.
