The dimensions of Tower Garden® HOME are 148 x 59 x 59 cm with a 50-liter reservoir.

When filled, Tower Garden® weighs approximately 50 kg.

The tower’s reservoir/pot is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE). HDPE is a food-grade material and is BPA-free.

The remaining parts are made of polycarbonate/ABS. Polycarbonate/ABS is UV-resistant, FDA-approved, and authorized for food contact in the United States and Canada.

Tower Garden® is made in the United States.

Assembling your Tower Garden® typically takes only 20 to 25 minutes. We provide detailed instructions, and you don’t need to be a gardening pro.

Many Tower Garden® users grow their plants indoors, but for best results, we highly recommend using grow lights and focusing on leafy greens and herbs.

Most windows have a special UV coating to prevent harmful rays from entering your home, office, or school. That’s why you don’t get sunburned when sitting near a window. However, plants require a specific light spectrum to thrive, such as the one provided by our indoor LED grow lights.

• Color temperature = 6000K – crystal white light, ideal for growing leafy vegetables and herbs.

We recommend a minimum of 6 hours of full sunlight.

If you’re using the Tower Garden® indoors, you don’t need to worry about the water temperature.

If you’re growing outdoors, make sure to keep the water temperature below 30° Celsius. To prevent the water from heating up, you can place a mat under the reservoir or use the Tower Garden® rolling stand. Placing frozen water bottles in the reservoir can also help cool the water.

No, Tower Garden® is not organic. Organic certification is specific to growing methods that utilize soil and meet certain standards and regulations.

Tower Garden® uses hydroponic/aeroponic cultivation, which does not involve soil and therefore cannot be certified organic. However, crops grown with Tower Garden® can be just as healthy and safe as organic crops, or even more so, as they are free from pesticides and other chemicals.

Food-grade minerals – Concentration 1:600 NPK A 8-0-0 & B 0-6-12.

The Tower Garden® Mineral Solution is a complete, food-grade nutrient mix, and the trace elements are chelated to be absorbed in a wider pH range.

Solutions A & B are separated to prevent the minerals from crystallizing, thanks to the stabilizing concentrate.

+ 10ml of Solution B
for every 10 liters of water added to the reservoir.

The amount of nutrient solution (water + Mineral Solution) your Tower Garden® consumes will vary depending on the type of plants you are growing and the conditions in which you are growing them.
For example, as your plants grow larger, they will require more water and nutrients. During the hot summer months, you may need to add slightly fewer nutrients.

The duration of your Mineral Solution will depend on several factors, including the type of plants you are growing and whether your Tower Garden is located indoors or outdoors (if outdoors, it also depends on the climate).

However, as a general guideline, two sets of Mineral Solution should last approximately one year for a Tower Garden® unit (if you are growing year-round). The pH control kit should also last for one year, but it may last longer if your water requires minimal adjustments.

No, there is no expiration date. However, make sure to store the Mineral Solution in a cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight, heat, or extreme cold.

Most plants prefer a pH of 5.5-6.5.

The pH testing kit provided with your Tower Garden® is the most reliable way to test pH. Litmus paper only determines if the solution is acidic or basic, and pH paper typically tests a wide range of pH, which may not provide accurate results.

We recommend visiting a local hydroponics or aquarium supply store. You will need a freshwater test kit, not a pool test kit.

For best results, we recommend germinating the seeds before placing them in your Tower Garden®.

The germination times vary depending on the size of the seed. It can take anywhere between 48 hours and 14 days. Make sure not to plant too many seeds in each rockwool cube, as the germinated seedlings will compete for light, nutrients, and other resources.

Don’t want to wait? In that case, you can purchase seedlings from your local garden store. Be sure to select healthy plants to avoid introducing diseases or pests into your Tower Garden®.

If you are using indoor LED grow lights, you can start your Tower Garden® whenever you want.

If you are growing outdoors, refer to the back of the seed packets to determine the best environment for growing specific fruits, vegetables, and herbs.

You can prune the roots by half. Check the pump once a month by turning it off, removing it, and opening it to rinse the housing. Regular maintenance will help you address the root issue.

It is important to keep an adequate amount of nutrient solution in the reservoir so that the submersible pump remains fully immersed. During cooler months, add nutrients to the water every time you refill the reservoir. You can mix the water and the Mineral Solution in a bucket before adding it to the reservoir (10ml of each Mineral Solution A and B per 10 liters of water).

During hotter months, add nutrients every other time you refill the reservoir. Repeat if you find that more nutrient solution is needed.

Depending on the outdoor temperature and types of crops, a full reservoir typically lasts 2 to 3 weeks. During hot months, your plants consume nutrients and water much more rapidly. Do not let your reservoir go below half of its capacity.

To optimize the performance of your Tower Garden®, you should empty the reservoir and refill it with fresh water and Mineral Solution between each new planting. Follow the steps below:

• Unplug the pump.
• Insert the drainage hose onto the end of the misting nozzle.
• Ensure that the drainage hose is away from any electrical outlets and directed into a container.
• Plug in the pump.
• You can use the drained nutrient solution water to water other plants in your garden or indoor plants.
• Repeat the process of filling the reservoir and adding nutrients.

The Tower Garden® warranty is as follows:

We offer a limited warranty of five years on the plastic components that make up the base of the system. We are committed to repairing or replacing any defective plastic base component, including the nutrient reservoir, reservoir lid, lid access port, tower sections, misting system, and its cover.

All other components are covered by a one-year warranty.
